Cheerleader Canvas Art

I was asked to donate a painted canvas for an elementary school silent auction. This is what I put together after looking for ideas on the internet. I think it turned out pretty cute, as I am certainly no artist. Just a bit crafty is all.

By the way, It looked much cuter in person. The camera I used is less than good!!

Spring Break

I made reservations today for our Spring Break stay in Orlando! I booked a great hotel using Travelocity. It felt really good to know I saved money (not something I do very well.)

So far, I think we'll spend the first part of the week at Universal. It's a toss up for the rest of the week...

Do y'all have any advice for me????

Little Birdie Secrets

 I will be giving these pretty  thumbprint cookies to my kids for a little SPD treat. A lady where I live makes these little bites of pure bliss.


I also plan to put a little drop of green food color in the bottom of each cereal bowl.  When my children add the milk, it will instantly turn green. I usually add a little food color to the toilets as well.
I'm so tricky, my name should be Vicky. Ha!

Well, It's official! Brad chose Emily Maynard from Charlotte, NC. Emily oozes southern charm. She is sweet, beautiful and classy.

 Also, I will note, her house is  adorable (at least what I could see from the hometown episode.)

Fairytale Cottages

I love Cottages~ I would love to own a fairytale cottage, tucked in the forrest. I would dress my little cottage in shabby chic white linens, mismatched china, and fresh flowers.
