Summer Break...

I am on Summer Break, and it is hot here!!! I guess the kids and I will be doing alot of swimming to stay cool.  I am not excited about putting a swimsuit on, though. N.O! At this point, what else can I do? I will just "suck. it. up" and suffer the embarrassment.

I seriously need to lose some weight. :(

Enough whining. I am looking forward to hanging out with the kids, and traveling.

Being a mother is a blessing and a gift for which I am eternally grateful. I am not even close to perfect but I try my very best in every way to be an example of the kind of mother Christ wants me to be. Being a mom is without a doubt the toughest job I have ever had. But I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Love this cut for summer!

When I think of summer, I always think of Lilly Pulitzer~ how can I not?! I have a trip to the beach planned  with my group of girlfriends this summer~ yay me! I have never taken such a trip for more than one night. I can't wait to sit on the beach, stay up late, eat great food and SHOP!!!

We are going to my family's beach house near Charleston, SC. Whoo Hoo... I am so blessed to have a free place to stay (more shopping money, right.)

Now, if I could lose weight before I go...
