Been going through a few changes recently. For starters, I have lost weight. I began my weight loss by cutting back on refined carbs., eating smaller portions and just trying to eat a cleaner diet overall. It worked!! Also, I have learned to tolerate exercise!! I have worked my way up to walking, jogging, and weight training most days. I'm excited about making my body stronger and healthier. Working out has also helped relieve a lot of stress, I'm happy to report.
